The first day was a bit chaotic, and there is little overlap between time zones which means the day was over before we knew it. Still, we managed to exchange some ideas:

Impression of our warming up exercise

To reach our goal of 800+ participants, we’re considering to build a hybrid online experience with a mass audience live stream ( e.g. using https://github.com/owncast/owncast ) and then selectively pulling in people in/out of a Jitsi interactive meeting (small group), complemented with a chat room (e.g. Rocket.Chat).
